Refund Policy

When refunds are granted

• If you cancel your account within 30 days after your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.
• If you cancel within 14 days after any later payment (a renewal), we will refund that payment in full.

Other situations

If you cancel an annual plan more than 14 days after a renewal charge, we will credit the unused months to your Taplist.io account for future charges; account credit is not refundable in cash. Monthly plans are not refunded after the 14-day window. Fees for additional location licenses and one-time fees are not refundable.

How to cancel and request a refund

You can cancel your account at any time from within the dashboard: visit Account → Plan & Billing and press "Cancel Plan". You may also cancel your account by contacting us.

To request a refund, contact us and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.
